Wendy Byler is a mother of three and has a passion to serve and prepare moms to navigate birth with confidence and boldness. She has a deep desire to bring truth, surrender and dignity to the process of birth.
Proudly Trained with the Royal Doula Academy, Wendy is serving women in giving the practical tools to enable them to reach for a Redemption Birth. Wendy is a compassionate, caring, tender woman of God who desires all women to feel loved and supported during the process of childbirth.
“My journey to becoming a Doula started with becoming a mom myself, I grew so much love, compassion and respect for all my sisters in the path to motherhood! It wasn’t until my third baby that I claimed my Redemption Birth. I studied and researched my options, faced my fears and finally began to look forward to the birth-day. A day that I once was very anxious about. I knew I wanted to help other moms, so they too can dream about their birth-day and feel confident about their plan and birth process.”
About Redemption Birth
At birth, a woman experiences one of the greatest natural release of oxytocin in her lifetime! This hormone it’s also called the ‘love hormone’, it facilitates a deep bonding between momma and baby. It’s an awakening of her protective instinct and compassion towards her newborn. It’s a holy moment, designed by God, worthy to be guarded and protected. At Redemption Birth, we want to equip our moms and families with the knowledge they need to take informed decisions, as well as, the support needed to optimize their birth experience and outcomes.
Redemption is a process of buying back what was once yours, what was stolen or taken, just like Jesus bought us back to Himself with His own life. The Mission of Redemption Birth is to serve women and their families to claim back their God given birth rights. Rather it be from fear, past experience or misinformation. Our goal is to see you receive the wonderful benefits and rewards of a fearless and surrendered child birth. Our hearts are for your newborn babies to experience a safe, nurturing and loving entry into this world and for our mommas to feel empowered, loved and supported, along with their families. • Unlimited support via phone (text/call) throughout your pregnancy and 4th Trimester period.
• Access to Premium Online Birth courses (Signature and Care PLUS Packages), courses including: Birth Education, Breastfeeding, Newborn care, PostPartum, Prenatal/Postpartum Fitness and Much More
• In person prenatal visit(s) including: Birth Planning, Practical Preparation and Body Work Sessions (we love the Spinning Babies approach in preparing your body for labor)
• 24 hour on call service starting at 37 week
• Intentional Support during labor and birth with the goal to comfort, guide and optimize labor experience.
• Two hours of immediate postpartum care
• In-home postpartum visit within the first couple of weeks
